Easy 5 star service. I called them around 3pm on a Friday and they said they could see me first thing the next day. Then called me back minutes later saying they had an opening and could see me immediately. They quickly diagnosed and walked me through the problem, showed me potential causes to avoid in the future and unclogged my basement drain in no time at all. 5/5 will always call for my plumbing needs.
Washer drain was clogged. I called Root-A-Way. They quoted me a price to unclog, it was almost half the price of the heavy branded companies. Then, he said we can be there in less than 30mins, and it was actually less than 20. They moved my washer to access the drain pipe behind it, ran a cable through, unclogged the drain, then ran two washer loads through the drain. They also provided a 1 year guarantee. The heavy branded companies were only 30 day guarantees. Extremely satisfied customer!
Had a kitchen/washing machine drain that was clogged. I called them because they were a local company and they have been in the business for 50 plus years. They were able to come out the same day. Did the job professionally, kept everything clean, and haven't had problems since. Would definitely recommend.

Wow. I had a basement floor drain that backed up and Steve and his father Larry showed up in 1 hour. Steve ran his auger for maybe 1minute and the line cleared up! Then he continued to run the line to make sure everything was clear. These guys have been doing this for 40 years. They knew exactly what to do and on top of it, their price was extremely reasonable.
