Lambert Airport Terminal # 1

Flew into st. Louis airport today to come home. The ramp and platform for metro train was snow covered and slippery. Nearly fell 3 times trying to go up hill to metro train with a suitcase. Complained to metro and they told me it was airport's problem. Passing the buck as usual.

I fly through St Louis a lot. This airport has a lot of destinations and direct flights. I usually fly from here to Cancun, Mexico. I often fly via Frontier Airlines, because it is the only direct flight to Cancun in this area. There is an art gallery/museum downstairs. It has art and artifacts from all over the America's. If you wind up with time to kill, you can go check out this place. It is downstairs in the east end of the terminal building. There are a few options for Restaurants here in the terminal, upstairs and downstairs outside of security. There are also several options available inside of security. One of my favorites is great wraps, mostly because they are quick and cost effective. Great Wraps is located inside of security in concourse C. Hope you enjoy your time here in the airport!

I rented a car at the St Louis airport and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Loved the ladies at the rental desk.

Maintenance of the light rail system may result in brief delays for Blue Line and Red Line passengers on Saturday, February 17 from 11:30 p.m. to end of service. MetroLink will operate on a single track at the Grand MetroLink Station to accommodate nearby construction work.
