Hollywood Casino & Hotel St. Louis

Not very clean and never win money.

I've gone to many a concerts at the amphitheater there. Well decided to go to the casino and stay for the night at the hotel. Smart decision!! From the moment I walked in, the front desk clerk was so friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and immaculately clean. The casino was nice, not much of a gambler, but really enjoyed my time there. Only complaint, and not even a complaint was the smoke smell. I get it, didn't like it, but I understand. Actually looking forward to going back!!

My husband and I spent Sunday afternoon here. In about 4 hours we lost $1000 the most we won was $80..... they are over the top on their face mask requirements, my husband was smoking a cigarette and they asked him to pull his face mask up even while smoking, exactly how do you smoke and wear a mask? As we were leaving stopped to purchase a pretzel. The girl behind the counter was waiting on a customer as she finished her transaction, she walked away as if I were not standing there. There was another worker making dough, hollered at her to come back, when she didn’t he rudely replied that I would need to fill out some paper in order to purchase a pretzel.... what!!!! Unfortunately I never got my pretzel. They are concerned with social distancing, face mask and all the above but want you to touch paperwork and a pen that everyone else is touching, I have never seen anything like this. You can rest assure we will never return to this place. Customer service and integrity is in need of some serious evaluations to say the least. It would be in your best interest to stay clear of this place.

Great room at a great rate! All of the staff were super friendly and helpful! The casino is good but watch out for the craps table. The min bet is $25 which is a bit steep and no lower options was disappointing. That's the only reason it's not a 5 star rating.
