Good service. Reasonable price. Came out day after my call. Guy on the phone was friendly and the plumber was a nice guy as well.
The business came recommended, and I called to schedule a service. No one answered and I was sent to a voicemail where someone clearly stated someone would call back before COB. They did not. I called back the following day and was told an appt could not be scheduled until the following Wednesday (9 days away). I was ok with this and was told they would come out between 8a-12p. Nine days later, no one showed up. I called at 1140 the same day of the appt to inquire about the service and was told the dispatcher was at lunch. I left my name and number and was told he would call me back. He did not. Now no one is picking up the phone and from previous experiences leaving a voicemail to be called back is pointless as they are not reliable enough to call back by COB or following morning at least. It is now going on at 3 pm without any communication or results. I have lost nine days of time to have a single service call.
I took the day off from work because my appointment was between 1200 noon and 5 pm. I called to confirm at 1:15, and was told I’d be the next appointment. They never showed up without any explanation.
They installed 2 sinks in a my companies women's restroom and damaged the vanity top at both sink locations and refused to make good on the damage. They made a huge profit as they charged me $920 and I provided all parts expect the water shutoffs and it took then less than one and half hours to do the work and still they refused to make good. I would not recommend you use this company.
They did arrive a little late (10 min). But, completed the work in a timely manner. Excellent company. Would recommend needing a reliable plumber.
