I ordered and paid for my food on the subway app so I can get in and out of the store. Upon arriving I let the guy know that was working my name and I did an online order. He insisted that no order came through his system. I showed him valid proof of my order the barcode to scan at the register and also my bank info for the transaction. He refused to make my order or give me a refund. He called his manager on the phone and he sided with the worker. I had to go through the troubles of filing a dispute with my bank just to get my money back. I will never go to this location again even if it is my neighborhood subway. I was definitely embarrassed by the whole ordeal I was honestly treated like some type of scammer.
