“Manager” on duty locks door well before closing; reasoning was its Sunday and they’re ready to go home. You guys close at 8pm; shouldn’t be that hard. Same guy stopped mid sandwich last week to run outside and give something to a friend; Gross. Won’t be back. Hire better people and hold them accountable.

Took over 30 minutes to get two sandwiches, with no line. Two employees with long hair not wearing hairnets, last one left his facemask well below his nose, touched food without gloves. I understand training new workers, but I don't envy the manager of this place. Won't be back again.

I walked out after standing in line for about 10 minutes, not because of the wait time but because the woman making everyone's sandwiches etc did not change gloves between customers. And even worse, was that she was wearing her mask way below her nose! I'm sorry, but what's the point?! I'm in my 60's and have avoided catching COVID-19 up until now. I don't plan on letting my guard down now. Guess they've lost my business unless something changes! ud83dude20

Less than 1 star. Workers more concerned about closing before the actual time. Cancelled Door dash order and didn't update the door dash app. 2 workers, only 1 wanted to work. Eye rolls and whispers the hole time. Would not recommend to my worst enemy. Hey manager, you aren't going to last long with employees like that.

I could not give 0 star so selected 1. This is one of the worst subway that I have visited in my entire life. I have placed 2 mobile orders half an hour ago to avoid the wait line. When I reached there, it should have been ready for pickup instead of it wasn't printed the receipt. After waited 15 minutes they said you have only 1 order. Then after research, found out that someone has trashed or put the 2nd receipt aside.nThey don't even care whether your sandwich becomes soggy. I will not visit this branch in my entire life.
