I wanted to give this company my business. Was happy the manager surveyed the job so quickly and sent a quote the next day. Scheduling the job was a different story. The first time the job was scheduled I got a call 40 min prior to the job stating the employee was not going to make it as she went to the hospital. I can understand that type of scenario, so I was patient and said we could reschedule. The person doing the scheduling kept telling me he would get back to me. It was only my calls to him (several) that we finally got the job rescheduled and confirmed. Guess what, they never showed. after a few calls that went to voicemail and emails that weren't answered I finally got someone on the phone that said they would find out what was going on and call me back. She did call me back and said they would have to reschedule - evidently the employee hadn't gotten a confirmation from the company to go ahead with the job (MISCOMMUNICATION within the company). They pleaded with me to reschedule, but there is no way I will give them my business. Unfortunately I can't recommend the work they do as they did not do the job.
