Edit - I reached out to someone higher up the food chain and they refunded the extra charge so I am adding 2 stars back.nnBAIT AND SWITCH CON ARTISTS . If they make a mistake on pricing, they don't bother to call and ask if you want to pay a higher price, they just do it anyway and make you pay the difference after it's done or they refuse to give it back! They quoted me 22 dollars for a weighted blanket, and when I went to get it not only had they somehow taken it apart and not put it back together, they charged me double what was quoted! DO NOT GO HERE!

Their ticket system is archaic and for the 4th and last time they have lost a piece of clothing. This time though they gave me someone else's clothes. Also this time they damaged a zipper and wouldn't repair it. How can any business not use electronic record keeping these days. Paper tickets without backup information is nuts. I would steer clear of here.
