in August 2015, I left a garment for dry cleaning. It was an academic hood, like a shark professors or grad students wear for graduation. When I stopped by to pick it up,, it was nowhere to be found and I had to buy a new one. Today, July 19 2017, almost 2 years later, I received a phone call that my item had been found and that the store recognized it to be mine. When I showed up at the store, they said the store was not responsible for my loss and would not pay for its replacement. I had the receipt and proofs. The lady called me a snake, Please do no trust them with your valuable garments.
Not professional
I went to pick up 3 winter coats $57 and presented my $1 off coupons. They would not accept and said they had to be presented at time of drop off. There was NOTHING on these coupons that gave that information. This place is a rip off, expensive and certainly not customer friendly. I don't plan to return now should you.
