I got my airline shirts back with all sorts of black hairs and black fuzz all over my white shirts. Then I was told that since they send them into a commercial dry cleaners it was not their fault of the creases in my sleeves about 3-4 inches in front of where the crease should be in the top of the sleeve. Don't go here at all. The lady seemed like it was an inconvenience for me to question about it but the younger lady was very helpful and if it wasn't for her I wouldn't have found the other American cleaners down the street that is trying to help me with this mistake.
