Ken and his team were exceptional. I gave them a call after a recent hard rain where everybody in St. Louis was in need of cleaning & restoration services. I had some companies quote 3 weeks just to come and take a look at our basement. I left a message on Sunday morning and it was promptly returned on Monday morning and Ken was out to our house by late Tuesday afternoon. Ken was very fair on pricing and even let me know we could save money by removing the carpet myself. Thanks for the great service and dry basement!
WE WERE VERY IMPRESSED BY THE SERVICES PROVIDED TO US. A TEAM OF 3 CAME RIGHT ON TIME. WE HAD A COUCH, TILE FLOOR, CARPET AND RUG CLEANED AND THESE GUYS WERE GREAT! WE ARE SO PLEASED WITH THE WORK THEY PREFORMED. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!!!
My condo community had several units that were flooded at once. They quickly handle all the units work one after the other to prevent further damage.
Ken and his team had a great response time and were very professional. They all explained the process and were very informative. I had a sump pump failure with abot 5 inches of water in my complete basement. I would use them again and highly recommend that you use there services as well.
Had flood from torrential rain, quickly responded, vacuumed water out of carpets and set up fans to complete drying, great results, very pleased.
