!!!IF YOU LIKE GOOD VIBES DONT COME HERE!!!nThe vibe is negative!nwalked in after a long nursing shift during the pandemic to relax and get my nails done. Hadn’t had time to make an appointment because it was a busy day, but I made it to the salon at 6 pm. It closes at 8. The first thing I was asked when I walked in, “do you have an appointment” I answer no, nicely. Let’s me know it will be 20-25 minute wait. But there’s no more than 3-4 people in the salon. Just needed a quick fill. After that, I waited 25-30 minutes with no update or anything as to why. The woman and employees made it a point to keep reminding me that I would have to wait several times before letting me be seated as well. The staff is not friendly. Please, please, give your business elsewhere!
I love this place. The environment is always clean and the nail techs are always warm and welcoming. Great conversation. Ask for Serina.
