Always take such good care of my car.
The team did an amazing job on a wash and detail for my boyfriend’s car, but what impressed me most was their customer service and compassion. After the wash, our car wouldn’t start (the battery had died). The GM Adam was incredibly kind and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable while we were waiting for AAA and the new battery install. I appreciate the entire team’s support and generosity during a stressful situation!
Generally speaking, we have had a good experience with Waterway carwash as a whole until my husband and I came to this location. So to make a long story short, we had a $20 bill laying in the middle cupholder in the truck, after the car was finished cleaning, I have noticed that the money was missing. Mind you I was going to use that as a tip for good service, so I went to the cashier and asked who took the $20 bill, the girl behind the counter said that I need to ask the manager Adam about it. So I asked him, apparently he was the only one who cleaned my car and bluntly denied of taking it. I don't even care anymore it was a the tip monies but the fact being is that he the manager lied about taking it and then had an attitude about it. Waterway just lost good customers for life and I hate to say it cause our experience before this was actually good, they just need to hire honest peoples who work here and not someone who lies about taking things from customers cars.
It's a good car wash, but twice as expensive as what I get in Detroit for the same service. Around St. Louis you don't get much choice in full service car washes. When I'm in St. Louis I usually get my truck washed here.
Great car wash, the interior cleaning was absolutely beautiful. The young lady really took her time. Thank you.
