So frustrating and the worst experience ever after I signed up for their trial and tried to cancel with no luck!!!! They were running a great promotion so I signed up for the trial, no big deal and then I'll cancel. Wrong!!!! Canceled online and then I was charged $35. I had to reach out to another location in order to reach them since they don't have a working number listed. Once I spoke to the manager on the phone he told me I could come get a refund and sorry for your troubles etc. I drive up there and their system can't read my card and then I'm told I need to contact their corporate office in order to get my refund!!!! I the corporate number and can't reach anyone and the mailbox is full so I can't leave a message. I'm beyond unhappy and don't plan on giving them my business anymore. This was my go to car wash until now. It shouldn't be this much of a hassle and this inconvenient to cancel a membership/receive a refund after I shouldn't have been charged in the first place. This isn't a way to do business.
Superb and friendly staff! Would recommended my friends and family to come here more often as it's an optimal location with the best service. Also the vacuum's really got the nitty gritty dirt out in seconds!

Hottest Carwash In The St.Louis Area...! Great Customer Service And Clean Environment!!
Drive through car wash has varying levels of service from a basic wash $7 up to one with a lot of extras for around $20. Free self vacuuming areas available for all car wash levels. Memberships are also available.nnI tried the basic car wash. It did a decent job of removing dirt and grime from car and windows. Left some grime near details like car handles , edges and window edges. Would use it again for quick wash.
