Having taught vocational training, I was not impressed by today’s experience. I was greeted by a stylist who bore an “I-wish-all-customers-would-go-to-hell” expression. Honestly, there was only one patron and two stylists on board, yet I was regarded as though they were much too busy. I left without a haircut and I took my money with me. Trimming sideburns and shaving necks is only part of this business—civility and good manners are equally important. I will not be back.

The older lady that cuts hair here is the best! Only there on the weekends but that's okay! It feels to me she puts more time and effort into than the rest. Tried em all, more of a speedy cut to get the next person in so I only try and get to her!

My daughter and I went here to get our hair cut and thinned out. My daughters stylist did an excellent job mine however did not. I asked her to cut and thin out my hair. I think I was in her chair for maybe 10 minutes at the most. My daughter went first and it took about 10 minutes before I was taken. I was done at the same time as my daughter. My stylist basically combed my hair down into my back and shoulders and then hacked it. She did not even attempt to style at all , using her blow dryer to blow hair off her and her area the whole time. She did not thin it out nor cut it even. I had to trim several pieces myself later to make it even. I felt as if she one didn’t know how to cut my hair and two was in a hurry to get me out of her chair. I have been here before and been happy with my cut however this time I left upset and angry. I didn’t attempt to have her fix it because to be honest I didn’t want her to touch it anymore. She obviously didn’t listen to what I wanted and just wanted to be done for the day.
