Drain Masters Plumbing, Drains and Water Clean Up

I’m very glad that I called Drain Masters. The technicians came and found my problems and fixed them in a timely manner. Mike and Bryan did an awesome job. The experience was great and they were very professional. Mike and Bryan cleaned up well when finished and completed a walk through to ensure everything worked properly. These guys were fantastic. From fixing the clogged lateral line, to the complete restoration & sanitizing of our basement. Our 5 person crew showed up at 8:30a & worked nonstop until they had cleaned out the entire basement. They took great care of our personal items that could be salvaged, and disposed of everything else. They worked with our insurance to make sure our claim went smooth. I can’t say enough great things about them. I recommend these guys completely!!! They responded quick & walked us through the entire process. A+

We were told they would be in and out in three days. It has been six weeks and my lower level is still a mess. We requested a pod to put our belongings in to protect them but we’re told everything would be protected with plastic. Apparently the plastic fell at some point and concrete dust got on personal belongings, furniture, the plastic and into the vents. We still have the dust coming into our upstairs. We’ve had to have them back to fix the concrete because it was so uneven, in areas there were literally piles of gravel where carpet will need to be laid. The washer and dryer were moved and not hooked up, when brought to their attention the hot water was connected to the cold and vice versa. The venting for the dryer was left hanging, disconnected. There were so many issues and when I tried to discuss them with the office manager she basically told me they’ve never had any problems before. I went to the BBB site and knew that was not the case. Her customer service skills are some of the worst I’ve ever encountered. The carpet in my daughters room was trampled by their dirty boots as they needed to get to her bathroom too. When I said something they finally laid something down to protect her carpet, but they left the door to her room open causing concrete dust to get on her furniture, bed, clothes and carpet. At one point they did send a cleaning lady out to clean her room but she left stating that she would ruin her furniture if she used conventional cleaners, they needed more advanced cleaning tools for the mess.nSometimes things just go wrong. The saving grace here is the higher ups in the company are doing what they can to get things fixed. But they can’t get us back these weeks we’ve been displaced. And we’ve yet to get an apology from their office manager. Which is fine because if it’s not sincere what’s the point.

I did an online request for services Monday evening. On Tuesday at 1:00 Brad arrived as scheduled. He was hired to remove a garbage disposal and replace it with a regular drain basket. He completed the job in a timely manner. I am very pleased with the outcome. He wasn't able to clear the clog in my bathroom sink, but we agree that someone else with the company would be better at handling that task. I have a huge pipe repair job and I am considering hiring them for that as well.
