Was able to squeeze me in on an emergency and didn't charge me an arm and a leg. Great reasonably priced professional but also friendly? Will definitely be calling them again
We called at 10 am with the water having been turned off the night before. The earliest availability they had was tomorrow morning but ended up working something out doe this afternoon. They were an hour behind and I left a vm.....however, once they arrived they assessed the situation quickly and had the fix done in less than 30 mins. They also said to call if there is still water. Will definitely use them again! Polite. Professional. Courteous.
Plumbing Masters was awesome to work with. Joe first came out and took the time to explain to me what the problem was and what would need to be done. He was outstanding. Found the leak and fixed it. He was very thorough and took time to explain to me what he was doing when I asked. He cleaned as he worked and left my house with no mess! I can't recommend Plumbing Masters enough!!!!
I got three bids and by far Plumbing Masters was the most reasonable.nThe stack and the leads to the toilet and sink needed to be replaced.nThey arrived on time for the scheduled appointment and the workndone was very professional and they did more than promised. Onenyear warranty.
Guy passed up at 40K+ plumbing project....didn't even know it. Because he was being racial and stereotypical of the area....sorry pal. You should have given me just an ounce more of attention. And now, you have an honest and negative review.nWould never recommend to anyone, ever!
