If I could give zero stars I would. Rarely do I leave comments like this- but today I am. They REFUSED to let my husband use a coupon unless he also bought a bag of chips and a drink. The coupon was for three footlongs for $17.99. They just kept telling him “it was the manager’s discretion.” I understand that not all franchises honor corporate coupons. But if you’re going to let a person use the coupon, then you need to honor it!! Not impose additional restrictions on the customer to make them use it. The value of the coupon was totally lost. WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION. They were also out of cucumbers and pickles. Basic sandwich supplies.

I placed an online order tonight and was terribly disappointed. First they didn’t have it ready when it was supposed to be. Then they couldn’t find my order. When I got home all my sandwiches were very sloppy. There was hardly any meat on them. I’m assuming when you order extra of something on your sandwich that means the put less of the item on it, and add cheese means they choose which half of the sandwich to put it on. I can positively say I will not be going back.

Have a coupon and trying to save money, dont go here. They dont accept coupons unless they change the deal by getting more profit then they would of originally. Good job subway short term profits long term loss cus i wont be going back to this one anytime soon.

We're a franchisee so we don't honor promotions. But a full priced sandwich that looks and tastes like #$@###. This is pretty much the definition of every subway around now.

Ordered a 6' turkey and ham sandwich for a graduation party. Ordering was easy through the website. My sandwich was ready on time and wrapped well. The staff were courteous and attentive. I will order from this location again.
