Today was charity day! So cool they do this. AND they were crazy busy! Yes it took a while but the staff was constantly working their buns off. AND never lost their cool. Friendly and kind to all. Hope they get a bonus!! Well done you! Oh yeah subs were great too.

App is glitched. We had to order the same thing twice to still not get it right and only for a sandwich we only ordered again because the app said it was right even though I remember specifically clicking no tomato and Parmesan rosemary bread for the ham and Parmesan. The food wasn’t even that good I will proudly stick to subway for better service and food.

I visited this location on my lunch break. I had received Jersey Mike's gift card over the holidays and I intended on using it at this location. I ordered my food and to the employee's credit, it was fast service. However, when I tried to redeem my gift card the employee at the register told me there was no money left on my gift card. I know that this was completely false as I had just opened it the same day and had never used it previously. He was completely unsympathetic and dismissive. Do not take your gift cards to this location because they will not honor them! I will no longer visit this location. Absolutely terrible customer service!

I placed my order through their app. Went in to pick up my sandwiches and they put the on whole wheat bread but I ordered white. They offered to give me my money back. I wish they would have text me to tell me they were out since it was a 30 minute drive each way. I ended up taking them anyway. I don't like them deciding for me as a replacement in the bread type!

Using the Jersey Mike Subs app saved a lot of time. I had not heard much about Jersey Mike's so i went in with no expectations. Turned out to be great. We had one sandwich that had olive oil and vinegar on it which soggy so the next time we ordered it dry. The meat tasted fresh and there was a lot of it. The bread, veggie and meat ratios were perfect.
