Was asked to pull forward No issues on that. They forgot my sauce I politely ask if I could get sauce. When other employ gave me my sauce and Thanks Them. No reply form employee. RudenMy sandwiches were smashed.nWill not recommend or go back

I think the crew they have at this location is awesome. They are very friendly. My orders are always hot and right. Keep up the great work

The customer service was very pleasant. But I ordered 2 for $6 Beef Gyros, unfortunately the pita bread was hard. I took them back and exchanged them with no problem. But then I opened the replacements to find that not only was the Pita bread hard but they rolled the Gyro up like a burrito or something. The bread was so hard I couldn't pull it apart to put Arby sauce on itud83dude14. Like I said the customer service was GREAT, maybe they need to be re trained on making Gyros.

Drive thru only, no take out orders or dining in at 3 PM on a Saturday. It's just lack of enthusiasm and pure laziness, the wa there restaurants are doing. To the owners or CEO: hire some decent employees!

I'm currently at the restaurant. They are not open. I watched more than a dozen cars attempt to go through the drive through without being acknowledged, including me.nnWhen I drove around to the drive-thru window, I tried to flag the employees down and at first, I was waved off- when I didn't leave, they came to the window, they told me they were not working until more staff arrived. I said, can you even get a drink, they said no.nnThen I asked for the number for the area manager or franchise owner, then they were willing to get me what I need and told me they would be open in two minutes.nnI left, but that doesn't seem like a good way to do business and if I owned this Arby's, I'd want to know.
