Very friendly and courteous staff--even when you forget your tickets!
This is a review of the Webster Groves location. Stay away, far way....nnAfter a 3+ year hiatus from using American Cleaners, I decided to give them another shot. Never again. Pulled out a dress shirt this morning, and low and behold, the small buttons on not one but both sleeves were cracked in half. They have not once replaced cracked buttons.nnUpdate - 11/4/10n- Was getting ready to replace the buttons last evening and noticed a small hole near the broken button, most likely from pressing a shirt with, I don't know, a broken button with a sharp edge. Will be taking this up with the store manager.
I like this location because the staff offered me suggestions I hadn't thought of. It's that extra touch that makes a business stand out from it's competitors. Grea job!
They do a great job of getting your clothes clean.
The American Cleaners in Webster Groves is my favorite location and they do a great job.
