Very nice, friendly, efficient, plus they are always able to work with my schedule!
This owner does not take responsibility for ruining your clothing. The first time it happened they melted the buttons on my coat so that it could no longer snap and he swears they didn't do it so I let it go. Today I picked up an animal print jacket that has blue dye all over it and he claimed I brought it in that way. He said he tried to spot treat my jacket but he couldn't get the blue out. I said I didn't bring this jacket in with blue on it at all! I would've noticed that because it's all over the jacket. He refused to take responsibility or apologize and try to offer five dollars back. I've been taking my clothes here every few months for about a year and a half but the first time you ever have something really nice ruined you will regret it.
