None of my clothing had stains, just needed cleaning. I don’t think they were even cleaned as specks of dirt on two were still there as if untouched (as in the kind of speck you can scratch off with your finger if needed). All came back dirtier than I left them with lint and dog hair.
Rude! If you don't want to work there, do us all a favor and quit! I'm going back to Apple cleaners, they are nice and cheaper too!
My father took my wedding dress to see if they would be able to clean it. The day of my wedding it rained and so the bottom of my dress is not the prettiest. The counter person was VERY RUDE to him. Telling him I should have taken better care of my dress (like I can control the weather) and saying they wouldn't be able to get it back to being 100% which I expected. They just did not want to do the work in order to clean the dress. Very lazy! Very rude! Very disrespectful!

I had 1 item dry cleaned $3.99. Not bad price but they refused to take a credit or debit card under $5!?! I had to go to another store, buy an item, pay a $1 fee to get cash back then go back to pick up the garment. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! What a cheap & petty policy. DO NOT USE AMERICAN CLEANERS!
