They ruined my white dress. Claimed that I got the dress off of Amazon and that it was a knock off which is why it turned a brown of white color. The woman in customer service was so rude and said I would only get a $30 credit when it cost much more than that. Terrible customer service will never use them again.
Always helpful and nice as well as doing a good service
I took in a winter jacket that I had gotten oil stains on. I really did not expect them to have too muck luck but thought they might get some of it out. To my surprise they got all the stains out and my coat looked brand new! They were very personable and attentive! I highly recommend!
I really like going here. They take care of my clothes and I haven't had any problems. The clothes look, feel, and smell clean and nice. They are pressed and ready to go. The employees are nice and I'm in and out really quickly. Thanks American Cleaners!
In the past I've had buttons burned off. They lost a shirt once, though they paid me for it. Recently, I was told that if I didn't want to have a clamp imprint on all of my dress shirts then I need to pay more. So, basically, this place is good to get your shirt done for cheap but be ready to try to iron the heck out of the shirt later if you want to get rid of those ridiculous marks or find new buttons. Lost my business.
