Personally, I love Lowe's, and for several good reasons. They carry good quality brands, items are usually in stock, most of their associates are friendly and helpful, and they treat veterans right. They have primo parking for vets right in front of their stores, and they ask you if you're a vet at checkout so they can give you a 10% discount on your purchases (you do have to register your vet status with them to get that discount). I've heard that their competition also offers vets a 10% discount, but I've never been asked, or heard about that offer when I've been in those other stores.
Helpful staff assisted in locating sought after product. Good inventory was available to fulfill my order. More helpful than a nearby competitor.
Short staffing is what I was told. Asked to check out in self service with a flatbed cart full of heavy items. Spent one hour (on camera) picking out faucets-3. No one to help. Will spend that kind of money where I am considered a valued customer ud83eudd14
Disappointed. I know workers are hard to find in stores and restaurants these days. We got there a little before 6 ( changing of the teams) 1 person was covering Bath and electric. we tried to get help, someone paged for us but 15 minutes no one came. so we checked a few other isles of our needs and back we went. this time they came apologized said he was covering 2 areas not enough workers. and he couldn't answer our questions we'd have to come back during the day the next day. ?? hmm we work and live 45 minutes away. so no bath renovation purchase from there.
Our order was available as soon as we got there. We still hadn't received our confirmation email with pickup instructions when we showed up at the store. Soon as we finished parking, we then for the email. Walked in and our order was ready and waiting for us. Fast and easy service.
