I ordered Accuride slides from Bisco and they ended up being incorrectly ordered. Not Bisco's fault it was actually a horrible experience dealing with Accuride and their terrible customer service but Bisco fixed it free of charge and it wasn't even their fault! I can't believe they helped me even though I sent them the wrong part number. I am going to definitely use them again on my next job/project. Bisco should offer customer service training to Accuride! Two thumbs up Bisco! Great job I completely lost faith after dealing with Accuride for 3 weeks. But in two days they fixed Accurides problem. Thank God because even after I requested a manager from Accuride 3 times and kept getting Jorge who lied to me and managment. He emailed me after I left multiple emails and called every phone number I could find! I was waiting for weeks for a part number! That I ended up figuring it out myself but Bisco confirmed it.nHe just had no intentions in helping me from the first call. After getting a manager from Accuride he guaranteed he would fix the issue but I never heard back from him. I didn't take a chance and called Bisco right after talking to Accuride and good thing because I am still waiting for a solution from Accuride management. I didn't trust Accuride and delt with Bisco directly! I couldn't be happier with customer service at Bisco! I highly recommend Bisco! Thank you.
