Mud everywhere in the car wash bays. Half the vacuums are inoperable. Several of the wash bays are inoperable also. Generally speaking, they do it yourself parts of the car wash are in disrepair and look shabby
Not good. Found out that the individual stalls are actually owned by various owners! Squeaky Clean does not own the majority of stalls at this location. I have no clue how that works in reality or if the City of Kirkwood is aware of this arrangement. I was told by the on site clerk of Squeaky Clean that very last stall I used was owned by Karl & I needed to call Karl to complain that all of the buttons don't work. They already know this apparently, but there are no signs explaining this to the customers. The City of Kirkwood needs to require this group of individual owners to clean the place up and make it a working car wash. Otherwise it's an eye sore.
Had a great experience with the manager Jake. My car was very dirty from spending time with my ex wife who was an obese eater and ate a lot in the car and couldn’t clean up after herself. Plus my wheels always got dusty from taking her to her current boyfriends house who lived on a gravel road and I didn’t have much money left over from the divorce but luckily a big cheese was a great price and worth every cent. Will come back
Car wash was okay. Needs to have more attention paid to it. Several bays closed. Ones that were open needed cleaning. The display showing the time was not working.
