The one on Watson, which is the closest for me, closes early or at random days.nI signed up for the premium plan a four months ago. I was told they had a special and it was $19.99 per month which I was charged the first month.nThe next month I was charged $35.00 on my credit card. There is no phone number to call and try and work it out so I sent an email. I received no reply.nI figured I would just keep the premium going because it was worth the cost. I should of canceled the next month.nThey close early often. I can’t get there until 7:30. They are supposed to be open till 8:00 pm. Several times they had a cone up blocking the entrance no reason why.nToday was the last straw. It was 65 degrees today 2/23/21. First nice day in awhile so I wanted to get the salt washed of my car.nI pulled up at 7:45. The gate was up so I pulled up to the garage door where there was a sign stating to wait for attendant.nI waited a few minutes, thinking the attendant needed a bathroom break.nAfter five minutes the young man came out from the tunnel and told me that they had to close early.nI canceled my subscription.nI will be going to a different car wash from now on.nI only was able to get one car wash the whole month of February.

I have the monthly membership here and will be canceling shortly. The wash itself is never working correctly with soap either not dispensing or the brushes inactive through the wash. Whoever owns the wash or manages it is non-existent / very lazy and does not keep the wash up well at all. Seems to be run by kids who are hardly trained. Zero customer service with no working phone number. Absolutely do not recommend.

Nice employees. Poor maintenance on wash. Zips has bought a bunch of local washes and don't fix things. Watson location has brushes that don't spin and leaves soap on car. Brentwood Blvd location has not had final rinse for 7 months because pump went out. Employees say corporate doesn't respond or allow proper maintenance. So sad because they are very convenient but I'm not getting my money's worth from the condition of the equipment.

This zips location is the worst out of the ones around saint louis. Leaves soap on car due to machines not working right. We've brought up the fact that the wash doesn't work properly to management before with no change. Other locations have better service and quality washes.

Went to zip car wash this past weekend. After going through car wash, I stepped out car to dry windows better. Noticed that my shark fin antenna was broken off while going through. Was unable to locate in wash. Also noticed that the rear of car looked as if it didn't even get washed at all. The kid working did try and help me locate antenna but was unsuccessful.
