Tidal Wave Express Car Wash

First of all, I want to say that I am not getting paid or being given free washes but I did get a free stainless steel drinking cup for upgrading to the top of the line monthly car wash! Now for the review, my wife and I have tried several other car washes in the South County area and we are both pretty fussy about how well a car wash cleans our two black vehicles. My wife has a 2006 Audi A4 and she actually waxes her car on her own, so she really is particular about the appearance of her car. On a whim shortly after they had the grand opening, I thought that I would try cleaning her car a see what kind of a job it was going to do! I drove the car back home and told her I tried a different car wash and to come out and take a look at her car! When she came out to see her car, she was actually jumping up and down with excitement because her car looked great! Of course I figured that when I got a chance to be in the area, that I would purchase the same package for my Honda Ridgeline. Well I waited just about 8 days too late to get the monthly discount that my wife's car got, so I just bit the bullet and purchased it anyways. One time when we were in her car, I decided to take her car through the car wash and as we got to the end she asked what are those big cloth rollers for? I told her that they were for a polishing/drying step that we had never opted for when we purchased the monthly plan. Well, she is my financial adviser and I have always listened to what she has to say, so about two months after we originally signed up, I had to go and re-submit a different Credit card because my card had been compromised and my truck was pretty dirty form a trip out of state, so when I went inside to upgrade both of our plans the owner was inside and I asked him about upgrading to the Best Complete wash for both of us with the polishing/drying. he said that he can add that to our plans, and thinking that he was going to change my wife's discount to the regular price, he did the honorable thing and just added the polishing/drying to her plan! He then told me to be on the lookout during the fourth quarter of the year for specials that would give us a discount on our plans! This man knows how to run a business because he takes care of all the equipment himself and runs a tight ship, no skimping on anything! Do yourself and your vehicle a favour, visit this sight and make you vehicle look like new again!

Good quick wash,purchased the 30 day works package . Cleans wheels pretty well. Only complaint is car doesn't get dried off to good. Rear end of the car gets neglected from the machines. Also, machine will randomly stop mid-way through.

I went mostly to wash the salt off my car. I got the works package figuring it'd keep the car looking nice until I had time to hand wash & detail it myself over the weekend.nnI don't know if I never noticed before when going to tidal wave, or if it was because my new car is black and it shows any little spot or speck, but it looked like there was a light film all over the surface. It rubbed away with the wipe of a finger and it wasn't road dust as I literally pulled out of the wash bay and into a spot to vacuum the interior when I noticed it. The tire shine didn't apply evenly - it missed covering about a quarter of the tires.nnMy main reason for the visit was to wash off the road salt and it succeeded in that regard but trading salt around the edges for a film all over wasn't what I'd wanted. The partial tire shine just looks sloppy. If I weren't planning on detailing it myself this weekend already, I'd have to think long and hard about going back.

Great experience. After washing my extremely dirty truck. The Mgr. Noticed there were 2 areas that were still kinda dirty, he offered to re-wash it for free. Came out perfect! Thank you!

Excellent service by staff. They got bird droppings off before going thru the wash. Came out very clean and shiny!
