The lead cashier was RUDE to customers, and acted like he wanted to be anywhere but there. They were out of a lot of food and drink items. Several people walked out before ordering after watching how other customers were treated. I'm in Moberly several times each month, but will NO LONGER stop at this Arby's due to the horrendous customer service!

The food was good, and very well put together. Rather used to cheese and Arby's sauce on the wrapper and not the sandwich, but this location did a good job of getting the cheese and sauce on the sandwich. Very impressive. Got our entire order correct... Except my cheese sauce. They forgot my cup of cheese, but I suppose even th worst offenses can be forgiven.

Moberly MO. Arby's. Service was fast...but foid no good. Always get gyro roast beef all other Arby's been to they chop the seasoned roast beef and add Greek sauce no sauce...poor experience. Only thing was good was Mac and cheese.

I know it's arby's, but they are slow, not overly personable, however one of the staff was very out going and helpful. Hate cutting down a place but they need to pull together or get New management honestly.

Good food on certain days. For instance, today's food was great. Fresh, not at all dried out. Guess it depends on the day. Always friendly staff.
