To be honest, I feel weird even reviewing a Taco Bell, but this location has been consistently one of the best Taco Bells I've ever been to. The food is always properly prepared, none of that sour cream on one end, cheese on the other end stuff I often get at Taco Bell. And they're always fast and friendly when I've been in.
Opinions vary, taco bell hooks you up and for a reasonable price. When your starving their always open with a menu.. you just can't beat that
So pretty much screw the truck drivers near the truck stop that want to order there food . You have to stand outside in the below freezing temperatures and order your food through the drive Through. How inconsiderate. Why not have it to were one can order his food inside for take out ??
1000 miles from home... In my semi truck outside the window.. i called to order 3 soft tacos... was told no walk ups after 9... really.. ..... POOR. CS..! dont complain when your deliveries are late.
It’s Before 8 PM on a Monday and no one answers the phone and there’s one car at the restaurant this is unprofessional if you guys want to be open then maybe you should post your hours different this is absolutely ridiculous. The customer service there is horrible everyone is rude. I can’t believe that this place is stayed open in Platte City this long. The many horrible experiences that we’ve had with Taco Bell in Platte city but we keep giving them a another chance this is their last chance we will no longer be giving them business. They need to hire some new people who actually work ud83eudd37♀ufe0f
