We try to shop local whenever we can. Over the years we have given Jeff’s True Value a ton of business. We will not be going back though, even if it means driving all the way to Home Depot or Lowe’s.nOn Saturday, March 6, we purchased a plumbing part. It turned out to be the wrong size. We tried to return it and the (unmasked) clerk rudely said they can’t except returns if the package had been opened. What?!? What kind of customer service is that?nGood bye. We are done shopping at Jeff’s.
Love that I can kill 2 birds with one stone and walk my dogs and pick up what I need. Dog friendly places are great. Also helped me find the right product to save my pants from bugs.
Everything I needed good established business and great service
One employee wasn't wearing a mandated face covering, and yes there was a sign on the door. There were multiple customers walking around sans mask/face covering. Will never give them another penny. Obviously doesn't take the pandemic seriously. . . I do.
Went in today and was incredibly disappointed to see a young man serving customers with no mask. Masks protect your customers, so they can keep coming back. I try to support our local businesses, but they need to do better at protecting us.
