This place is unprofessional and unsanitary. I went in for a pedicure a few days ago and came home with blisters and cuts on my feet. I addressed the issue with the manager and he told me to come in as “they are doctors.” Ha! I went in to the store to talk to the manager in person because he asked me to and he could confirm what I was saying was accurate. Then he took a photo of my foot and called the police on me instead. I simply asked for my money back as my foot needs to be treated. This business should be shut down for multiple things starting with their cleanliness. However the service I received today confirms that I will never be back.
I had an appointment for 11:30. Waited for 40 minutes before the lady started the pedicure and one of the first things that she does is nick one of my toes while working on my cuticles, when I flinched she mumbled “sorry”. She puts a top coat on and immediately starts painting my toe nails as then slides my sandals on and sent me to the cashier. By the time I got home the top coat had dried and it was all over the top and sides of my toes. Don’t recommend this place and will not be going back
