The heat had been on for several days, but it wasn’t heating our house. After deciding to go with Agape, Richard was kind enough to work with our availability to be home. After only seconds he discovered the issue was simply the flip of a switch. He shared some knowledge about other things with us as well. Despite having to use his time to help us with such a simple fix he did not charge us for the call. We were so stunned. It’s nice to know that there are still companies who actually want to help people and not just take their money. We are so grateful for the services, knowledge, punctuality, time, and help we received from Richard with Agape Heating and Cooling!! We will be calling again when we run into anything with our heating and air!

Richard was responsive when our heater went out during a winter weather advisory. Other companies we called couldn’t come out for hours! He was professional, courteous, and priced affordably. So glad we used Agape heating and cooling!

They repaired my hot water heater on a Saturday afternoon. Even with higher weekend rates, they were more affordable than anyone else I called. Repaired quickly and checked out other things while they were here. I'd recommend them!
