Taco Bell

I placed an online order for this location. “Something went wrong” according to the app. The app charged me, but did not send in my order. The worker at the drive-through was saying they could not help me, they asked me multiple times if I had the correct location (I did), and inevitably came to the conclusion they could not help. Which wouldn’t of been an issue, had my charge not gone through. I offered to let them see that I had been charged after the manager told me I would not be charged for it. I just wanted what I had already paid for. The manager took down my order, which included swapping beef for potatoes on a Crunchwrap. I open my Crunchwrap at home, to find beef after I had already eaten a few bites. I’m allergic to beef.

I've been two taco bells one today and another one few months ago and I was again disappointed in what I got the soft taco The meat was runny and barely any lettuce or tomatoes and cheese. I don't know what's going on with there making of there food, but it makes me not wanna go anymore!!! Even my mom has had same appions!!!

My eyes are always bigger than my stomach. I like ordering through the app. That way I get it the way I like it. I hope you will bring back your pizza that was the best.

Worst experience I've ever had at a taco bell or any fast food place for that matter. Can't recommend this place to anyone.

Said they were out of beef, so I asked for chicken on my bacon club chalupa combo and a chicken quesadilla. I received everything with steak and didn't get a quesadilla but got another chalupa. I also asked for no sour cream, chipotle sauce and tomatoes but instead got all 3. At least they got my Baja Blast right!
