I had a bad experience with Kristy at this salon. It was obvious from the comments from the other stylists and Kristy that she did not want to be working that early in the morning (9 am). She had to ask another stylist how to cut my hair in the middle of the cut and she did not cut my hair even close to the style that I showed her a picture of. The cut is uneven and when I asked to have it fixed, she said that's the way it was supposed to be.
