Way over priced. Downs wanted $3000 for a tankless water heater. (not installed, just the unit straight up) a unit that I happen to have had in my old house that only ran us $1500. The plumber who got the job got us the same tankless system for $1300, without us ever mentioning this last bid.nnAdditionally, when I asked a couple of technical questions, I got “oh just a bunch of technical stuff you wouldn’t understand, or wouldn’t make sense to you.” Without giving me the benefit of a doubt.nnNeedless to say we moved on.

Awesome customer service from Downs Plumbing. There is something said for local businesses. I am so impressed with Downs and other small businesses in southern Maryland! I can only recommend them!
