I had my hair permed my very first perm in my life and unfortunately it did not take but the owner and staff were extremely helpful in giving me a full refund and offering to redo my hair with no extra charge. Unfortunately my hair did not cooperate but they owner and managers were very helpful in making me happy. I would have my hair done again at this salon anytime. I want to say thank you for the kindness and customer service...
I normally never complain, but I was excited about trying this place because of all the services offered. My appt was at 12:15. At 1:00 I asked how much longer. Was told not long. Sat down and saw the women that was going to cut my hair was not going to be finished any time soon. No one said we're running late. Ir give me another stylist. Lost this customer.
Barbara gives excellent massages. When she’s complete you walk out feeling totally relaxed and refreshed!
Seems like they all do a great job, I really enjoyed the whole experience..I will continue to get my haircut there. So thank you to Bella Salon and Spa.. Love it!!!!
Bella salon is an amazing, place very friendly and helpful. Bethany is an amazing hair stylist. She did my highlights and a new hairstyle it turned out great. I highly recommend her.
