Would highly recommend this company to others. Very professional and courteous. Takes time to explain and answer any questions the home owner may have. Khanh Nguyen installed the combo unit today. He was very professional, courteous, and had the whole unit inside and out completely installed in an excellent amount of time. I give him and Dauenhauer a 5 star rating... Thank you for the excellent service and being so prompt!

I was was very pleased with my technician Gary Adams. He was very professional. He took time to explain what he was doing and even offered suggestions to help prevent future clogs in my drain. He answered any questions I had with easy to understand explanations. He was great and we will use Dauenhauer if we need them in the future. Will also recommend Dauenhauer to friends and family. Great job Gary!

Needed repair of a “flush o meter “ tank system . Called on Thursday night and they were out the next day! Kept me abreast of where they were and what time they would be at my house through texts and phone calls! It was wonderful not having to sit around my house all day waiting like I normally have to with service providers! Adam ( our service tech) was knowledgeable and very pleasant. He got in got the job done and was finished in no time! Price was very reasonable! Will definitely be using them again if the need arises! 5 starsud83dude09

Special thanks to Jack M for doing a great job on our homes plumbing - always friendly and in good spirit, even after a long and difficult day. Dauenhauer offers great prices, great workmanship and a great team of people. Their estimates are definitely the most sensible and economical I have encountered. They also don't try to pressure sell or scare you into selecting their service over others. I highly recommend them to anyone.
