Village Dry Cleaners

I hate to give a small business a bad review but this has got to be the worst dry cleaners I have ever used! I dropped my items off on Monday morning at 8 AM when I come back on Saturday at 10 AM to pick them up they’re not ready, the lady literally handed me back all of my shirts in a ball find it all together. They did not wash them they did not clean them they couldn’t even put them on hangers when I pick them up.

This is the 5th or 6th time I have used this cleaner. Even though they have a bright neon sign that says same day service they can never fulfill that promise. I have been in there at 7:20 am 20 minutes after opening and asked for same day service only to be told I hadn't gotten there early enough. The few times I had to leave my stuff there due to lack of options they take on average 3 to 4 days for dry cleaning. Save yourself the trouble and use one of the many other cleaners in the area that can actually provide some day or next day service.

So thankful for my local cleaners ! They definitely allow me to look my best and get everything done in a timely manner. Although a little more expensive than some other places in the area, it is most definitely worth it to support small business ! The tailoring is also top notch as well.

I came in to get my work pants hemmed. She sized the hem that is too short and stitch witched it smh...instead of sewing it. I could have did that myself. Never again
