I dropped my winter jacket off yesterday. I’d been told it would be $30. It seemed a bit much but I assumed maybe because it’s a heavier jacket, it costs more. This morning, I received a call from a different employee saying they would need at least $50 more because it’s dirty. If you can’t keep your prices straight, or can’t look at a jacket and give me a proper cost, you aren’t a good business. I picked my jacket up and will find somewhere else. Absolutely useless and waste of my time.

I came to the dry cleaners to get two of my comforters cleaned. The person working at the counter he said it would be expensive and I said quality over the price is what I’m looking for. He asked me where I lived what kind of job I had I just wanted to get my comforters cleaned. He said it would be $50 for each comforter one was a king size one was a full-size I asked him if he could give me the breakdown and there was so many up charges I could not believe what I was hearing. It sounded really fishy so I decided not to get my comforters cleaned here. Definitely disappointed

I've been to A LOOOOOOT of dry cleaners and I am certain to say that I found my permanent cleaners! The main thing is that they are service oriented. The staff here are nice and if there is a concern, they can communicate clearly to me which is probably my biggest issue with most cleaners. Oh...the 40% new customer discount is nice too! Hehe.

I'm starting a new job and I'll be going in to the office once again 5 times per week. Glad to have found my new cleaners. Professional work and very good quality. See you guys next week!
