Grand Laundromat

The sign says 0800- 1000pm, online hours reflect the same. I call to confirm hours, no answer. I arrive with one load which is 1 comforter. The woman approaches me as I’m walking in and stating that they’re closed. I ask what are the hours she says they close at 9:30pm. I suggested that they update hours displayed on establishment door as well as website, she replied, “we don’t have to”. With that said, I don’t have to patronize her establishment. I’ll drive to another or wash my comforter by hand before I step in there.

This place is always a great experience. I honestly wouldn't trust these negative reviews from accounts with just that review in their history. There's a cute little store to buy snacks and detergent inside, the change machines are always stocked, and the workers have been nothing but nice to me even though I'm scattered and take too long to come back for my things sometimes.

I would say 95% of the equipment is in functioning order when I come here. Prices are reasonable even for the snacks. It does get busy most days I come in to wash comforters and pillows.

Had no issues with anything. I was in and out. The lady who work there was nice as well.

The lady working here was rude and offensive overall. Put money in the machine to do laundry and it didn’t count them so I went to talk the lady and she said no refunds, meanwhile there’s no sign in the laundromat that states that.
