They replaced a water heater under my home warrenty, when I noticed gas smell comming from the pipes I called them and I have already paid them 210 dollars to replace it, plus what the warrenty company paid they wanted me to pay them again to come out. It has been over 30 days, they only guarantee thier work for 30 days. I will pay another plumber to come put before I pay them anything else. Updating to add they reached out to me this morning to come and look and repaired the gas leak from the water heater.

I called to discuss possibilities, however, I was transferred to a voicemail in which I left my information to receive a call back. As a result of this I wanted to assure that my message was clear so I call Professional Plumbing back (what a name for a company that seems to not get it) the representative answered the phone and hung up the phone in my ear. I try to work with the company despite the bad reviews. Not only did I ignore the reviews I know & work along side of this company before on a project in which I became pretty good friends with the site supervisor. Not sure what has happen with this company over the past several years but I don't believe they have the correct people representing the company properly.

My home warranty sends out to these people. I always give everyone the benefit of the doubt, but this process has been ridiculous. Our water heater began leaking on Sunday so we submitted a claim. He had to turn off our water completely because of the leak. Nobody could come until Tuesday to check it out. They scheduled us for 8:30-12:00. You would think that would be the first or one of the first appointments of the day. Come 12:00, nobody has shown. We call and are told they are behind from another project. Finally around 2:00 somebody shows up. They confirm that it needs to be replaced. The technician said he has to submit the paperwork to our warranty authorization department and that will take 1-2 days. So even though it has been a terrible experience so far, we think, this nice man is doing his best. Two days later we have heard nothing so I call my warranty company. I am told no paperwork has been submitted! The representative calls Professional Plumbing and the secretary says she has the paperwork but has not submitted it. Keep in mind, WE STILL HAVE NO WATER. The secretary promises to have it submitted by the end of the day. I am beyond angry with this company. They are useless and clearly have no pride in what they are doing. I would never recommend them to anyone. In fact, I have submitted a complaint to the BBB.nnUpdate: As of 11/20/18 we still do not have hot water. Early last week we scheduled for Monday the 19th. They called and cancelled because of an emergency. WE HAVE BEEN WITHOUT HOT WATER FOR OVER A MONTH SO I THINK WE ARE AN EMERGENCY! They said they would be here by today at 2pm and they did not show. What a surprise!

Not too sure if I should blame my home warranty or this company. Nonetheless, it took 1 month to replace my toilet in the master bathroom. I put the order in for the warranty company, the plumber came took a picture of the crack in the toilet bowl than left, I did not hear of anything for a few days- I called Professional plumbing and said they just got approved to repair the toilet. They did not tell me they had to order one... I waited a couple days, called again and said they put a order in for a 2 piece set. That order took about two weeks, I then had to call to schedule, after a month we finally got a TOILET replaced. I have never left a comment about a company but this is my first because I do not want any others have to go through the same thing my wife and I did. It’s a shame they have to order a basic toilet. Thankfully we had another bathroom to use.

I have had them fix several plumbing problems over the past few years. They always provide prompt, professional, friendly service at a reasonable price. Most recently they replaced my hot water heater. Highly recommend for any plumbing problems!
