Hampton Inn & Suites National Harbor/Alexandria Area

Would have given 5 star if they had a kitchen. Nonetheless it's a great place to stay with a family. We were 5 and fitted comfortably in a suite with a king size bed and sofa bed. Very safe and quiet. Walkable neighborhood. Police cars all over make you feel really safe.

No impressed at all. Definitely In need of renovations and staff was not helpful at all. Covid protocols at other Hilton's really show but not at this location. Remote not covered in plastic, room needed additional cleaning, and lobby out dated.

Not worth the price. Reminded me of a holiday inn we stayed at a few years ago that hadn't been updated in many years. Found other people's hair on our pillow and bed spread. Carpeting was stained. Very small room. Door to the air filter for the hvac system was in the room and easily accessible. Our 2 yr old opened the door. No latch or lock on it. Window opens on the 8th floor with no safety device which could be very dangerous. Front desk staff were not very friendly and no acknowledgement of us being rewards members. Breakfast was muffins and lukewatm breakfast sandwiches and yogurt on ice rather than in a mini fridge. Really not the quality I would expect all around from a Hilton affiliated hotel and for the nightly price Would not stay here again and would not recommend.

Nice stay. Good breakfast considering covid. Excellent location fairly priced.

My husband and I just stayed one night, from the check in, we got 2 free bottles of water, courtesy from checking in to checking out, even got put on the top floor!!! It seemed like no one was there, my husband and I stayed one night, it was amazing!!! The hotel clerk who worked Friday night and I left my phone down there, she called our room right away and said my phone was down there!!! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, VERY CLEAN ROOMS, WOULD RECOMMEND A MILLION TIMES MORE!
