Hilton Garden Inn Waldorf

Although the characters in this movie are different, what makes them different is also what makes them great. Big shout out to the FrontDesk crew, they drip excellence. Clean up crew did a bang up job. One of the best. And the local Boston Pizza with arrest late night and Bomb Pizza by day. 10/10 would stay again.

Super nice hotel. Vice nice and clean. In walking distance to shops and food.. My only complaint is the shower head..... ugh took me 10 minutes to wash my hair.

Rooms stink then moved us to a dirty room then another room that has an odd smell. Elevator is broken and door to hotel was broken. Elevator button is broken in other elevator . We stayed here about 5 years ago and WAS a great hotel . It’s not even a one star . I would think as a diamond member we would get better service . On top of it all I heard the people working front desk making fun of us cuz we complained . I wouldn’t recommended this hotel to anyone

Room was old and run down. Had to use key to even get into lobby like it was jail. Told the front desk the door seal for cleaning was not there and told oh we don't use them. Fire alarm was hanging off room wall and water was leaking from room next door. Called front desk about it and they couldn't care less. When I asked for towels to clean the mystery water up from the next room it was like I was a pain and asked can you come down and get them

The towels and wash cloths were worn and shredding. The pillows were soft and the fitted sheets were so stretched out of shape that they wouldn't stay tucked under the mattress.
