While inside car wash tunnel the back brake light was ripped off of our truck. Once we realized it we immediately went back. They lied and tried to cover it up until we asked for video, then admitted fault. But still refuse to take corrective action since the truck is over 10 years old...buyer beware...you’ve been warned

Place is a RIP off. Staff shortage. You pay and then wait for staff to dry your car. You have to then get out to vacuum your own car. They do not even clean the inside. Clean car outside and dirty inside. Sad. Why are they still in business? Going back to Waldorf. They hook you up not set you up. Worth the $20 more for monthly.
