They did not get the interior of the car cleaned, there was still dirt on the dashboard and floor from my son. More importantly on two separate occasions they have stolen things out of my car. The first time they stole my handicap card and more recently they took tools out from under my seat.nWhen they first opened they were the best car wash around price and workmanship, but not anymore. I would give them no stars if that was an option but unfortunately you have to give them a minimum of one.

They've always done a decent job with my vehicle. The automatic car wash will stop from time to time with cars stuck in the watch until it starts back functioning again. This has happened to me twice on two separate occasions.nnBut otherwise they are pretty quick, my car always looks and smells nice.nnCaution: There will cars waiting at least 30 minutes before the venue opens for a wash, especially on Saturdays.

The job they did was good, but they lack customer service. It was my first time and the cashier didn't explain the process that you go through the automated washer and then drive around for them to clean the inside. The guy at the entrance to the automated washer had an attitude with me because I didn't see on the left what you were suppose to do (car in neutral). Tell the customer what they need to know.

An employee from this car wash stole my bank card and used it at a vending machine. I have gone to this car wash previously and I know the routine very well. This time when the guy drove my car out he acted very strange. He didn't look my way and rushed back inside. Usually the person who drives your car out inspects the outside and wipes it down a little. In addition, the receipt is left on the dashboard but this time it was balled up and in my cup holder. You best believe I will be up there tomorrow handling business.
