Ryan Homes at Christopher Pointe

We are so blessed to have the staff of Ryan Homes helping us with this very scary process. Trust me they hold your hand every step of the way and will make sure you are guided into the right direction. We are so excited and ready to move into our new home in October.

Even though we started this process of purchasing a new home during these difficult times with COVID-19, so far everyone has been very helpful and understanding, from the initial viewing to working with the Sales staff (Teresa Burkhart) through going through the financial portion of buying a house and working with our Loan Officer (Charles Garner), the process has been as easy as ONE-TWO-THREE!!! Kudos also goes out to the sales staff at Brentwood (Anthony Carter). The family and I are excited to move into our new home.

We are first time home buyers. The house is a new construction in an existing neighborhood. The land is relatively flat, which is a plus for me. The house we expect to receive is a beautiful spacious house. I have kids, so the area has kids, so the transition will be easier. The staff at Ryan Homes at Christopher Pointe have been so helpful and gave me the warm and fuzzy feeling, during a time that can be considered stressful and overwhelming. I got the feeling that this staff will take care of me and my family.
