Can someone please explain to me why the receptionist barely answers the phone, or when she does, always connects me to appointments who is always going to voicemail. Most of the time everything directly goes to voicemail no matter who I contact, and I do not get many calls back. It is starting to get frustrating, especially when they tell you to call before an appointment and no one answers.
This one star is for the front desk. Not professional at all, and very rude over the phone. Im hoping the doctor is nicer than the front desk.
As a physician, I would expect someone to answer the phone....eventually. No one answers the phone. January 6, 2021, 2:10 PM. Have called multiple times over a 15 minute period.
Love the staff here. Everyone is so polite and professional. Sherry and Danielle are always willing to go above and beyond to help you finding a solution to a problem. ( doctor's appointment, therapy, calling you back with answers to any questions)
I just want to Express how grateful I am for all the staff that helped me from the ladies up front to all the staff in the dental department. They truly deserve many blessings for all the hard work they do to help. Can't tell you all enough how grateful I am. Thank you very much from the bottom of my heart for helping me with my serious problem so professional and so quickly. Thank you for your sacrifice to help serve other people. ❤❤❤
