Good Horse LLC

I've been taking lessons from Robbi and horse Percy for a few months now and have been really happy with my experience. I've taken riding lessons for several years on and off in my life, and these with Robbi have been my favorite yet. It's really great getting one-on-one lessons -- Robbi caters her instruction to where I'm at as a rider so I'm not held back, or feel like I'm holding other people back, like in a group setting. Plus, her teaching includes everything about interacting with a horse, including healthcare, basic anatomy, grooming, tacking, basic training techniques, not just what you do while in the saddle. Her horses, both Percy and Marlon, are great animals to learn with, too. They are both very calm and patient -- great for beginners, or folks who need a lot of refreshers like myself.

Both of my children,7 and 11, have received lessons and pony Rides from Robbi at Good horse Llc. We have taken riding lessons at two other local stables. Our experience with Good Horse has been amazing. Robbi is very informative, teaching the kids why things are done in a certain way with horses, and what not to do as well. She explains and involves the kids in tacking, grooming, and feeding the horse so the children have confidence in knowing the rules of good horsemanship.nPercy the horse is extremely tolerant of inexperienced riders and seems content to stand when it's time time to stand and walk when it's time to walk. Also he likes to be groomed and petted. I am sure he would be great for an experienced rider as well.nWe had Good Horse Llc come for my daughters birthday party...it was worth every penny. Each child rode the horse if they wanted to, and some who didn't initially want to saw how nice Percy is and changed their mind from being scared to being a kid on a horse! And I got to ride too!nWe are definitely continuing horse riding lessons and can whole heartedly recommend Good Horse Llc for any offered service.
